Why choose us

Driver knowledge of Safety and P&D Operations at the start of their tenure is critical to running a successful business.  As small business owners, dedicating time and resources to a quality driver training program can be challenging.  Being Contractors ourselves, we created this Training Program to give other Contractors a high-quality, cost-effective, and easy-to-manage means of delivering driver training to new delivery drivers.  The program has also proven effective in adding to the knowledge/skillset of more experienced drivers.

Current Content Covering All Aspects of Being a P&D Driver

The program includes up-to-date content covering Safety, Pick-up and Delivery processes, Customer Service, package handling and care, communication protocols, security protocols, ethical decision-making, and personal safety.

Delivered in an Interactive Format

The Training Program is delivered in an engaging and interactive format to keep the driver focused.  Drivers can view the program on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.  Initial set-up takes only minutes; send us the drivers’ names and email addresses.

Driver Assessments and Certificates

Assessments are conducted for each lesson, and a comprehensive assessment is included at the end. Upon completion, each driver earns a certificate that can be shared with the Contractor as validation that they have completed the course.

Cost Effective Programs

The founders of Kiros Academy are Contractors; we understand the importance of costs and value. The program was developed and priced to be of the highest quality, available at a compelling price.
