"We've found that Amazon's training does not cover the physicality of the position, how to avoid injuries, and decision tree following to safely complete deliveries. This training program contains that information in a polished format that helps with learning retention.” – Kurt Rithmiller, Safety Administrator, Task Force Delivery LLC

“This training is a game changer! I didn’t notice anything I would change.”

Why Choose Kiros Academy

Having well-trained drivers from Day 1 is critical to running a safe, efficient delivery operation. As small business owners ourselves, we know how challenging it is to dedicate time and resources to training. That’s why we created Kiros Academy—to give contractors a high-quality, cost-effective, and easy-to-manage way to train new drivers. The program is equally effective for sharpening the skills of experienced drivers.

Up-to-date content that covers all aspects of last-mile delivery

Our curriculum includes the latest best practices for driving safety, personal safety/injury prevention, pick-up and delivery processes, customer service, package handling and care, communication protocols, security procedures, and ethical decision-making.

Delivered in an interactive format

Drivers stay engaged with videos, photos, and interactive exercises they can complete on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. Getting started takes minutes—just send us driver names and email addresses, and we handle the rest.

Assessments and certificates

Each lesson includes a short quiz, and there’s a final assessment at the end. Every driver who passes earns a certificate you can keep on file as proof of completion.

High quality at a fair price

As contractors, we understand the need for value. Our program delivers premium-quality training at a price point that makes sense for your business.

The Need for P&D Driver Training

In the competitive delivery industry, the need for comprehensive driver training and a relentless focus on safety has never been more evident.  Several critical factors underscore the importance of this need:

Business Partner Expectations

The expectations of our business partners continue to become more demanding:
  • Safety Scores
  • Pick-up Metrics
  • Delivery Metrics
  • Customer Service Scores
  • Medals Program

Failure to meet these expectations can lead to loss of contract.  The Kiros Driver Training Program supports your drivers in having the proper tools and knowledge to perform well in all operational aspects of your business.

High Costs of Accidents and General Liabilities

Accidents result in vehicle and property repair costs, vehicle outages, injuries, and potential contract loss for the Contractor.  The Kiros Training Program will equip your drivers with the knowledge and skills to navigate safely and reduce accidents and property damage.

Driver Turnover Costs

Driver turnover results in higher training costs, more accidents, and lower productivity.  By giving drivers the tools they need to be successful, confidence and performance are improved, and these costs are reduced.

“Real life examples of situations that have happened and potentially may.  Class included ways to be better as a driver overall and not just a delivery driver.”
“The class was very well structured.  Couldn’t have asked for more.”
“Instructor communicated well and gave useful information and training.”
“Everything in the class was thoroughly explained well.”
“Quality driver training is extremely important in building and maintaining a successful business. Two significant parts to that are a good knowledge of the basics and a consistent message across drivers. Being sure that all drivers get the same foundation at the onset can cut down on early mistakes and the formation of bad habits. That’s what this training will provide for your drivers.

I was once told by a coach when I started playing sports at an early age, that you need to master the fundamentals before trying to do the fancy stuff. If you do that, when you’re having a bad game, you can always fall back on your fundamentals to get you out of a slump. In the same way, it’s important to give drivers the fundamentals so they have something to fall back on if and when they’re struggling."
